Entries are now closed and a band of intrepid (and very experienced) loyalty professionals are sifting through the entries to arrive at a shortlist.

In just a few days, we will be announcing those companies and programmes who have battled successfully against some very stiff competition to become Finalists.
“Getting through to the shortlist is a seriously impressive achievement, because every year the standard goes up,” said Loyalty Magazine editor Annich McIntosh.
Early signs are that entries display an impressive grasp of new technology, with augmented reality, artificial intelligence, digital transformation and virtual reality all being referred to.
“Loyalty is becoming a fascinating mix of hardcore, state of the art technology and the tried and tested principles of customer engagement, trust, understanding and kept promises. It is a really interesting story unfolding whenever there is a seller and a buyer,” said Annich McIntosh.
You can no longer enter, but you can be there to see who will be voted the winners and to network with the brands, the loyalty management companies and those wanting to know how to run their own loyalty campaigns more effectively. Make sure you attend the special gala dinner and awards ceremony on June 20th at the Pavilion, Tower of London.
