What happens next

For 2019 the judges said they were challenged to find weak entries and one judge admitted it was probably the toughest work he had ever done. This is testament to the incredibly high standard of entries and the calibre of work currently happening in the loyalty industry. So please don’t despair if you didn’t make it through in 2019. It was tough!

Diary dates
Don’t forget to put the date in your diary for the hugely popular Gala Awards evening on June 16th at the Pavilion, Tower of London.

Then join us again in October for the much enjoyed Loyalty Surgery 2020, your chance to take part in problem solving, debate, discussion and analysis of the big questions in loyalty today. As well as an exciting list of speakers with case studies on what makes a loyalty initiative great, there will be panels, workshops and networking opportunities. Don’t miss this totally unique loyalty conference.
